Having already opened its first restaurant in Cibolo at 813 Cibolo Valley Drive, Suite 170, this franchise is eager to expand its footprint. As reported by the San Antonio Business Journal, the Houston-based franchisee group plans to add a second location at Stone Oak Mercantile, a mixed-use development currently under construction. Excitement is also brewing for a potential third location in Boerne. Franchise partner Jay Tompkins expressed the desire for more opportunities, hinting at a favorable reception from local diners.
